Our Journey

Growing up in a family of influential engineers, it was evident I would become one too— just not in the field of bridges, cars or computers but specializing in effective business delivery, organizational transformation and continuous improvement.

My professional journey began with a four year stint with a reputable Global Technology Consulting firm. I was able to work on transformative projects throughout the Americas — North, Central, and South.

With family being deeply rooted in who I am, the next chapter in my career had me working with a Top 5 Financial Institutions in Canada. The next seven years of my career focused on generating revenue, reducing costs and improving employee and customer experience.

Upon deciding to grow outside my comfort zone, I had the opportunity join one of the Big Four Consulting Firms focusing on Human Capital Management Consulting. The next two years of my career would have me delivering value to my clients through innovative solutions within Organizational Transformation.

After pivoting back to industry and applying my experience in People, Process and Technology consulting in a Strategy Leadership Role, I found myself at a cross-roads asking “What next?”

In June 2020, +Carta Consulting Inc. was born, built on the foundation of what it stand fors.
